About The Artist

Katie Moon, or CountryCartoons, is a 22-year-old children's book illustrator and freelance artist who is currently pursuing a BFA with a concentration in illustration. She specializes in character concepts and animal characters. She has been illustrating for 9 years, but doing so professionally for 4 years.

She works in traditional media such as charcoal, ink, graphite, and ink wash, and digital programs such as Procreate, Fresco, and Adobe Programs.
